If your parcel arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at hello@saliqah.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Fragrance products
For hygiene reasons, opened attars and perfumes cannot be returned unless faulty. Sealed items may be exchanged within 7 days.
Organic food
Perishable items (ghee, honey) are non-returnable once opened, except in the case of quality issues.
How to request
Email hello@saliqah.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos where relevant. Refunds are processed via bKash / bank transfer within 5 working days of approval.
